It’s really about helping individuals learn new ways of working and learning new habits at work and new ways of doing their job on a daily basis to… not only use a new software technology but use it in such a way that they are successful, but also everyone else in their organization is successful.
And I think that’s really one of the keys, because many times I’ve seen individual users can adopt to software in a way that they do their job well, but either they’re putting information in late or they’re not putting stuff in, or they’re using another way that other people in the organization, especially those downstream, are not able to do their job effectively using the software.
Change Management involves a huge coordination effort and focused effort to get all the different players to work well and play nicely in the sandbox.
